On June 22nd, 2023, I shopped at Goodwill Industries in New Lexington, Ohio. As I exited the store through the front door carrying a storage tub with contents, I fell and injured my left knee. Once outside the front door, the sidewalk goes into a downward slope leading into the parking lot.
The next day, my knee had swollen with increased pain. I went to the local medical center and was seen by Doctor Ryan Foor. He sent me to the emergency room in Somerset, Ohio for x-rays.
As of the writing of this letter, my knee is still stiff and sore causing me to limp on my left leg each time I walk. Walking up and down stairs is difficult and painful.
Due to Goodwill Industry of New Lexington, having an uneven sidewalk and parking lot, I suffered a fall causing undue pain and aggravation.
Desired outcome: Monetary compensation of $50,000 which covers any future pain or problems this injury may cause. I'm 63 years old and this injury has only irritated the arthritis in my knee. I see this knee injury progressing as I age.
I ate a taco at Taco Bell yesterday. It gave me bad gas and intestinal pain. Perhaps I should go after Taco Bell for $50K for my pain and discomfort. LOL
Oh good grief! Do you chase ambulances too? If it was this easy to just get people to pay for injuries, everyone would be doing crappy flops like yours. Stop trying to go after a non-profit that relies on people's donations to help others. You should be ashamed of yourself.
