Aspen always asks for payment upfront. I had a tooth pulled and two weeks later I had my teeth cleaned. Both of these were scheduled at the same time, and I paid for them both at the same time in the amount of 147.00. 3 weeks later I get a bill and it shows I owe 136.20, And then I get my dental statement from my insurance, and I truly only had to pay 53.00 for them both total. I called to question the bill and I was on hold for an hour, I finally spoke with a representative, and he told me I was wrong even after I said I have the statements in front of me. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he said there was not one available and even if there was one available, they would tell me the same thing. I again asked to speak with a supervisor he told me to call back later and try to get one.
Claimed loss: 293.00
Desired outcome: To be reimbursed in the amount of 293.00
