I was told by my daughter who left to be a manager of training I could work for love's and I would be applying for a shop advisor as I have done in the past, I waited for 6 weeks for her and let her know I applied, she said my app would be sitting for months before it was even seen, and posted on facebook jobs they were hiring for now, she also said her manager would be calling in a moment, they never did, I also suggested some workers that has down this kind of work for years, her response was not to send her employee's, instead contact her, well here it is days later without a phone call and embarrassed that I suggested some very good workers for love's. It's my understanding love's motto is to be polite and help travelers get back on the road safely and not be yelled at for wanting to work for a company new closer to home, and has great training, excelled customer service and would be a great person to work for this company along with the long time working for a travel stop store. It's selfish they put people in management postion to degrade them, tell them yes we can hire you then take the excitement away because the training manager doesn't want good trained workers but those who are her friends not for talent the hiring employee may have. Friday oct, 15, 2021 and months prior. For them to resolve the issue is a workable manager who understand the values of having a great team and not friends, trained ones who could help love's grow in our area. Shame it is. This closes doors for me because I was lied to and manipulated that loves was one who works as a team. I just needed a job and new a few good people who are also aware of this type of work that a training manager could tell me no, because she didn't like them as a person instead of a great asset to love's.

Desired outcome: jobs for a small town, just just because you don't like the person.
