My daughters and I went to get ice cream at UDF approximately 3:30 pm on 8/12/23.
The Manager who wouldn't give her name was not wearing gloves while handling the ice cream. She has long finger nails that were digging into customers ice cream. She had her long weave hanging inside the container of ice cream, in which should've been wrapped up with a hair net. It's a safety Hazzard it's disgusting, and rhis issue needs to be addressed by corporate. She is not running a tight ship. As I was leaving the cashier kyresion wouldn't disclose her bosses name as well. So I guess the schedule will tell ALL.
Desired outcome: She has an authority figure and leader role, she needs to act like it.
