Long John Silver's - Orange ink on french fry container bleed orange all over one piece of fish. And we were shorted a cole slaw.
This was 7.21.2023 7:05PM Cashier Kimberly. One of the 2 pc fish meals came out with fries on the bottom, very greasy fish on top. It looked like someone else had retd it and we were lucky enough to receive. The 2nd 2 pc fish was hot and no issues. Also ordered 15 piece grilled shrimp & coleslaw. Shrimp Just dumped in black container and look like it needed rice or something under it. Very unappetizing presentation. Once we left we realized orange ink was on fish and fish was not even hot. Box it was in was very soft like it had been in there a bit. We also realized we were missing a coleslaw. They replaced fish dinner and gave us the coleslaw we were owed. We originally asked for malt vinegar for the 2 fish dinners and they gave us 2, so 1 a piece. I asked for more and they said it was [protected]@25 cents. We did not take it. Needless to say we will not be returing to this LJS. The worker attitudes are suckful. This store needs some serious help. I do not want anything just want you to know of service we received. It is sad that you cannot afford to give customers more than one malt vinegar per meal.
Desired outcome: I will never return to that store again. We work too hard for our money to spend it at your store. I just hope no one else had to go through this. We will spend our $33.77 elsewhere.
