I placed an order via app. Whopper, no tomato or lettuce. Extra mayo, ketchup, onion and pickle. Cheese burger no mustard and onion and mayo no mustard. And 2 side salads with ranch. My order came 45 minutes later. I received 1 burger! Made incorrectly! And nothing else. I stopped the delivery woman (form DoorDash) and she told me the manager argued with her when she went to pick up the order saying at 12pm! They weren't even open!. Then he proceeds to tell her to come inside and gave her 1 burger!. She brought that partial order to me. I called the restaurant to inform them of the "mishap" and the manager wouldn't even let me get a word in kept saying "we ain't even got salads lady" then called me a hoe and hung up. I tried to call back several times. Each time he would answer "don't call up here hoe" I want a full refund! And this so-called manager dealt with immediately! I have been to this location in the past and had several bad experience with this man. Older black gentleman very unprofessional and rude!. I would like some one of authority to call me within 24 hours! [protected]
