Value City Furniture - Right sectional

Dear Warranty Service,

The damage I am reporting is not only about foam/padding may have shifted or about padding installed poorly, nor about the wood bulging and or defect of material installed, but also about bowing wood. I have sent Warranty Service Center photos and a video as they requested, but the claim that what damage I have is not covered. This is crazy. This, according to the warrant policy you just email, is covered. Please see below the words that are highlighted in red.

Here are the covered issues in my Warranty Policy: — The issues that are covered are:

5. COVERAGE: Five (5) years from the date you take delivery of your new furniture; this Plan provides you coverage for

stains and/or damage on Fabric, Microfiber, Coated Fabrics, A & P Leather, Bonded Leather, Bycast Leather, Bicast

Leather, Vinyl, Wood, Glass, Laminates, Metal, Stone, and other hard surfaces resulting from:

Accidental Stains or Damage: • All accidental stains attributed to a single occurrence (excluding accumulation defined as a gradual buildup of

dirt, dust, body oils and perspiration) • Accidental rips, tears, burns, and punctures • Accidental scratch, gouge, chip, puncture or dent that penetrate the topcoat of hard surface finish • Water or Beverage Marks or Rings

Structural Failures: • A structural or component failure due to a defect in materials and workmanship during normal residential use.

Includes breakage of frames, glass, mirrors, mechanisms, welds, swivel bases, recliner handles and assembled

joints and includes component mechanical and electrical failures such as defective motors, massagers, vibrating

units and heaters • Checking, cracking, bubbling or peeling of the coating of finish on hard surfaces • Seam and stitching separation; zippers, buttons and tufted buttons • — In all honesty, anybody can see that the damaged is and should be covered. If you are still not convinced, then the lawyer will convince you. It is all up to you.

All the best,

Desired outcome: Replace the sectional or come and fix it.
