Family Dollar

I walked. ro a Family Dollsr store yesterday August 20th 2023 at approximately 3;30pm. The address to this store is 3631 sullivant av Columbus Ohio 44228. I went there to buy a couple items but mainly to pay a bill with the Pay Near Me service that I had done multiple times at different FD. When I walked in the store there was a line of about 15 people waiting to check out. So I got my items waited in line for 20 minutes. There was one register open. There were 4 employees behind the desk talking to the employee checking people out oblivious to the fact that the line was to the back of the store. When I got to the register I paid for my items and then told them I wanted to pay a bill showed them the barcode and had the cash to give to them. They said we don't do that here. I told them I do it all the time at different Family Dollsrs. They said we don't give cash back. I explained I was not wanting cash back I was giving them cash. They all talked and said they couldn't do it without even trying. So I had to walk an additional 3 miles to a different Family Dollsr to pay my bill. Just rude non caring and non working employees. The store is a mess with items all over the floor and carts with stock in the isles so you can't get through.
