I brought this to the attention of the sales person and was told I had to use a Best buy credit card (I didn't want to open a BB credit card) and the 10% savings would be given in gift cards. Since I rarely shop at Best Buy, gift cards are worthless to me and needed a refrigerator sooner rather than later, I declined their false and manipulative offer. I would like a 10% refund in cash not gift cards.
