Burger King

Stopped at Burger King 6000 Memphis Ave, Cleveland OHIO 44144 on Sunday 11/8/2020. Had company with us stopped at drive thru 6 cars ahead of us, waited 20 minutes all of a sudden 3 cars pulled out of line. Another 10 min to give order. Person at window was not friendly, acted like she was half dead. Order was correct. We live next street over. By the time we got in and set down to eat, fries were cold, buns burnt, no mayo on chicken sandwich very pitiable sandwiches. We have noticed the last 3 times the service is terrible and the food is bad. Don't know what as happened, used to be best Burger King around.
