I purchased a charger cord and it did not fit my phone and my phone broke in the meantime, so I took the cord back for a refund within 2 days. I hadn't unwrapped it, it was in the condition I purchased it. I was told by the manager that all exchanges and refunds were handled thru pugs. I looked on line at the pugs website and it specifically says all refunds and exchanged purchased through a retailer should be handled through the retailer exclusively. I am going back tomorrow to educate the manager and expect a refund for my purchase. I suggest you also educate your employees of this policy through pugs.
