Smart Pay is in business with Q Link Wireless providing an option to pay for a cell phone over 6 months. What they don't tell you is that for instance, in my case, you finally get the cell phone which takes almost 2 weeks to arrive only to find out the junk device doesn't work for various reasons. I emailed this company the next day informing them of this and the rude email I received back suggested that I should mail it back...and they would provide a return label. This label NEVER came and this was in February 2021 (almost 3 months ago). I continued to email them, don't bother trying to call them they don't answer. Each email I recieved back contained a copy of the contract informing me how they would continue to charge my debit card. NO resolution, NO return label or other info on returning their junk phone. This is perhaps the worst company and customer service (a joke) I have ever dealt with. I intend to file a complaint with the FTC and my bank. They have charged my debit card 3 times now and I guess they think I am just going to accept this peice of crap they sent me. They are mistaken.
