My concern has to do with the handling of the product. I really need & wanted to purchase one yesterday, but the boxes they were in were so banged up I changed my mind. No care is given to how these items are moved about. My fear was possible damage that would show during use; in which case when returned may cause a problem. The return could depending on the mind set of the employee bring about the accusation that I was responsible due to their observation of the condition of the container even though I informed them it was like that when I bought it. That would not be good. Surely u can see all the possible ramifications of this premise. I think it's a shame items of that nature aren't moved a lot more carefully. By the way that is printed on the packaging as well, but no one has noticed, or cares. I hope the issue is addressed.
