8/20/20: Performance Lexus of Cincinnati installed new window motors/regulators in both back windows.

5/3/21: Driver side window motor was loud & slow & then stopped working. Took to Lexus. They said was simply off track & put it back on track. I stopped using the window unless necessary bc it was still loud & slow.
(The passenger side motor installed at the same time had zero issues)

5/2022: I let Lexus know driver side window still wasn’t working properly & also has a new loud clicking noise if used.
-Lexus did nothing.

4/2023: Driver side window no longer works.
-cannot be used. I brought car to Lexus & they want me to spend money on other parts which doesn’t make sense since the motor won’t work.

4/26/2023: I had an independent body shop (Zangs) assess driver side window. I was told the window motor is overheating & won’t work bc the regulator for the window motor was bent during installation. I need a new motor & regulator again.

I advised Lexus & they refuse to replace the faulty motor/regulator. Zangs autobody called Lexus to try to help me get this resolved but Lexus won’t budge in replacing the motor.
Lexus need to make right what they installed wrong.
