To Whom it may concern,

I was in your store located @ 7439 vine st Cincinnati ohio 45216 on 4/27/2021 around 7:30 in the evening, I first discovered that the worker which is a black female on her cell phone with it on speaker to where I was able to hear her conversation & it was very loudly. The problem I had with the worker is as I was approaching to be checked out by another worker she's still on the phone & @ this point she's telling whom ever she is speaking with on the phone that her job working there @ the store was stressful because some people don't like to come in wearing mask & some people have gotten a little rude with her so she took it upon herself now to begin talking about peoples families that is a [censored] (please excuse my language). She continues to say, their unborn baby is a B, they mama's is a B, they daddies is a B and so forth, I find that very un professional & disrespectful to the other customers that were in the store with me @ that time I'm not sure if I would like to keep my business @ that location @ this time but that young lady was clearly out of line.
