I am with an agency and we put a client in the Days Inn hotel in Bowling Green, OH (43402) on 6/14/2020. Her name is Heather Sparks and it was under phone number [protected]. A receipt was never sent. Since June 14, I have been attempting to contact someone to obtain this receipt to turn into our finance department. The front desk phone at the hotel remains unanswered. Reservations kept putting me through to them, and after a week of calling they finally told me they are closed and no one is there. Yet they had me continue to call and continued to transfer me knowing this information.
I called customer care multiple times in the last 30 days, yet it only shows I called 7/10 according to one representative. The representatives have been extremely rude. It says all calls are recorded and I would highly encourage someone to listen to the phone calls I made today alone (7/15). 3 different people hung up on me mid call after I asked for a supervisor, as the representatives had advised me that they cannot do anything to help the situation. Each time I have called, I have had to go through the process of holding and waiting for someone to become available. I do not believe these hang ups were accidentaly, and the representatives were irritated that I asked for a supervisor. I called from several phones so it was not my phone dropping calls.
All I need is this receipt. It should have been provided to me the same day I paid for the room. The card has been charged and we have no way to see what the charges are. I am extremely frustrated at the lack of care your team has shown. My agency has been using Days Inn for all of our needs during COVID and we are considering cutting ties due to the difficulties and unprofessionalism we have been experiencing.
In addition to the receipt, I would like to speak with someone in management about these experiences. My email is [protected]@ywcanwo.org and my phone is [protected] extension 251. Thank you.
Days Inn - Hotel lodging
Reserved a room on march of 2019 for my homecoming in Bowling Green Ohio for 9/13 and 9/15. Arrived on 9/13 at 6 pm only to find out the hotel had been shut down, I drove 3 hours to get there and was told by the clerk that they had been shut down since about 1pm. I was even notified and all the other hotels were full due to it being homecoming.
Horrible way to handed business.
