I do not like your KIOSK's. They are too difficult to navigate through. I wanted to use my Royal Crown account to be able to receive more points and the Kiosk wouldn't let me use it and a coupon too. And also the Kiosk receipt does not list a Validation Code on them, so that we can do the online survey. So today I lost twice! Lost to ability to earn points on my Royal Rewards program and lost the ability to have a validation code to do online survey. Linda Kaser, ([protected]@yahoo.com) or ph# [protected]
Desired outcome: Stop telling your workers to have us use the Kiosk! Like to person to person service. Customer Service is no longer a thing companies want to do or offer! Sad!!!!
