I'm about writing to complete a complaint due to me and my family went to have lunch and we walked in and was waiting to be seated in while waiting a manager and another associate looked at us and another associate walked past us in which they left us sitting there for about 15 minutes and nobody even bothered to ask us if we were helped or offered to help us in which me and my family walked out and we were really upset cause a manager didn't even offer to help us I think that was really unprofessional and upsetting.
