ACME Markets - Customer service/exchange quarters

I've been shopping at Acme Fresh Markets for over 30 years and have spent a bulk amount of my life's worth on their products and services. Over the years I have come to rely on Acme to fill my household's needs.

My entire life, I've lived in a residential community where there's laundry facilities on site but the machines operate off coins, specifically "Quarters" and throughout the years I've always managed to overcome that obstacle because of the exchange for quarters at customer service.

Now, I was still enjoying this service until recently, when this certain person was working in customer service and she told me that Acme no longer exchanged quarters. It was the way she looked at me that made me uncomfortable when she denied me this service. It was the tone of her voice towards me that offended me and made me believe that her motives were not in good consciousness.

Whenever she's not in the store, other customer service personnel was not aware of any policy to stop the quarter exchange and would honor me this service. Little by little she's gotten her way now she has managed to demand everyone to forbid the exchange of quarters.

Acme is a store where other little services to customers increase consumer choice when deciding where to shop. Eliminating inconvenient services is not the way to gain nor keep satisfied customers. I cannot imagine any good reason why a major grocer chain, like "Acme Fresh Market" would be inconvenienced by offering a needed service to their frequent shoppers.

It doesn't cost them any money but it doesn't directly make them any money either. What it does is offer their customers a convenient source to manage their household needs all in one place. If this is a new Corporate policy I would like them to lift the ban on quarter exchange.

Desired outcome: Restart The Service of Quarter Exchange
