PetSmart

My Yorkie has an appointment with Haydeen the groomer. I get to Pet Smart the groomer left the room and then another groomer came to greet me. Someone I've never seen before. I left the Yorkie recieved a call later about 2 hours. I arrived my dogs nails were still over 1 inch long and the anal shave wasn't acceptable see pictures attached. Groomer stated she did the best she could.
