Went in to a Stewart’s shop
in Troy NY for a milkshake. Not only did I wait about 20 minutes for them to make the milkshake when there was hardly anyone in the store, but once I received it I was told they didn’t have any straws. Why wasn’t I told that ahead of time. Ok can a have a spoon please. We don’t have any of those either. Ok how should I consume this milk shake I just paid 5 dollars for when it’s 85 degrees outside. I have some coffee stirrers if u want them. To say the least I won’t be returning to this location and I may not even use Stewart’s as a whole any more. The girl had a terrible attitude as well as if I should just somehow figure something else out. Come on this is the worst show of customer service I’ve ever seen.
Desired outcome: I want my money returned to me.
