Iam writing to you today to complain about the poor service I received from your Pharmacy staff in store #2758-Tarrytown, NY, 10591 on 01/09/2023 between the hours of 4:30 pm-6:00 pm.

I was told the rude employee was filling in for the day. The employee was rude and was not knowledgeable. She did not explain medication procedures. She kept providing me with wrong information. She was not friendly and should not be working behind a pharmacy counter. She literally handed me my medications, did not say Thank you and rudely walked away after I waited patiently for my prescriptions. The other staff on duty were not so friendly either and unprofessional. This is not the first time I encountered poor service behind this pharmacy counter.
