Factory Outlet Store

I placed an order on 6/13 and was told it would arrive with 7 to 10 days. I was also promised an update in 2-3 days. None of those happened. I called on day 10 and was told it was shipped but hadn't made it to the local shipper they would update me in 24-48 hours and give me a $50 credit. Neither happened. Called back in 48 hours was told the order was still in production. Today, I was told still in production and no updates for another 5 days. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I wish I had read the reviews first! Buyer be ware!
