I will never bring my 2014 Mercedes-Benz c300 4matic the Mavis on Chrysler ave again. I had them change my oil every 10k miles and brought my own filter since I bought car it had 17k mileage now it has 95k miles and a lifter tick I brought it to keeler Mercedes and they said look at your receipts from Mavis they only put 5 quarts of full synthetic oil in my car requires 6.9 as per the owners manual. I tried to contact corporate and HR and no one calls me back I will be pursuing legal action and I am disgusted with Mavis. I have all the documentation and proof.
Desired outcome: Proper repairs done if needed as a result of incorrect oil change dammage caused

Today is Sunday 9/21/2019 I brought my vehicle to Mavis to be servised I arrived a little before 9am. I sat and waited for a little over two hours for them to come out and 11:35 and say they dont have the part I need. So the employee said that he was going to search around and they and find the part. He found the part came out and told me then said to bring my van back at 1pm. I get back at 1:15pm and I'm still sitting waiting and it's now 3:15. So now I'm waiting for the employee who is working on my car to come back off his lunch break.. I'm sitting here watching this gentleman sit in his car while I have been sitting since 1:15 to get off his lunch break and start working g on my van. This is poor service and its unacceptable that anyone should have to sit this long to wait for service especially since I was here at a little before opening. This is a picture of the employee I'm not angry with the employee but the customer service here at this location is horrible. This is not my first time coming to this business..
