I went to your location on black river boulevard in Rome Ny, I was greeted as rudely as ever, I have worked for Carrols and I managed a BK On the thruway. She was so rude. I tried to call, and they said the girl working the drive through accused me of calling them a name to make themselves look better, that’s a move I would make at 16 as well.. I’ve worked in this industry for years and never made once complaint. The person working the drive through at 5:30 Pm on Monday, September 6th was as crass of a human as I’ve ever encountered. I refuse to step foot back there until she is gone. I’ve saved my receipt and if I see her name again this interaction goes on Facebook. I recorded every word so her claiming I called her a name is ridiculous
