Its a flat tire that I went for service September 03, 2022 around 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. I have no appoinment that day and I brought the truck for service and I ask them if they could check and they told me a couple hours to wait. I'm find with that to make it short the whole things. I have a phone call after from Bob your truck is all set then after five minutes. I have another phone call from Bob your tire is unrepairable. So the whole root coz of this issue is poor communication no phone number provided to call back which very important. I just figure out to find there number to call (again poor customer service) plus never call your customer "Bro" its so insulting.
Desired outcome: I'm not asking for refund but I think your Service advisor # 3 ( Robert ) need to learn more people skills how to talk properly to customer .
