Optimum - optimum channel guide

I live in Putnam County and view channel 99 for TV shows. Of late, there has been spanish music playing while the TV programs scroll. Perhaps you can find some music that's in English or perhaps better yet, instrumental music. I find having to listen to music whereby I do not understand the words, to be offensive.
