Wyndham Vacation Ownership

Hello, this is regarding itinerary [protected],
I do respect the hotel policy of no refund, this is rather highway robbery however, it turns r I cannot attend one my sis is now diagnosed with 4 stage cancer and my [partner has anew know issue and needs cortisone injection, this means he cannot walk around in New York City. My point in all this i have requested a full refund many ties they refused. With that being said, I then offered to meet them half way and they still refused. If i were to provide all documents to prove all this am I able to get my refund. My situation around me is is difficult enough they are being heartless. This is not good for their reputation, Please let me know where I stand or I will need to seek different measures. I am utterly upset. Joanne Berlettano
