We bought a leather recliner 4 1/2 years ago with their 5 years Platinum protection plan Originally they told us that with that plan we will have peace of mind because it covered crease, peeling, bubbling, etc, now we run into those issues and they refused to fix it or replace the recliner like they told us 4 1/2 years ago. The Platinum plan is a rip off. They don't stand behind their products. They are offering us 60% of the original purchase that was about $1229.00 because they are charging us 40% fee usage. It's fraud.
