New York Sports Club [NYSC]

The Graviton, on the 4th floor of 349 East 76th. St., has been broken since Thanksgiving. Many members have complained, as have I on many occasions, only to be told by management that it is in the process of being fixed.
This is outrageous! It is a simple fix that involves securing a pin.
Please investigate!
