I would NEVER recommend Jane Mendelson from the New York Merrill Lynch location. She was impossible to contact (the only time I heard back from her timely was when I would get an Out of Office auto response); she was incompetent (took over 7 months - and volumes of emails, text messages and phone calls on my part - for an IRA transfer as a beneficiary to be completed); and the list goes on. And it wasn't happening to just me, as the attorney and private banker on behalf of the decedent also experienced the same unprofessionalism and chaos.
Desired outcome: I'm not asking for anything since the transaction was FINALLY completed. I just want to make others aware so that no one else has to endure the aggravation and frustration that I was forced to endure.
