This gym repeatedly charged members during the pandemic while the entire NY
State was on lockdown. They kept changing the amounts to avoid being flagged by credit cards. I requested a cancellation and sent a letter which is what the rude staff instructed me to do. I was charged again and again. They deny they received my letter of cancellation, while I have a screenshot of the date it was mailed. They charged me a random amount Jan 2021. There is no manager to speak to. Someone needs to file a class action suit against this company. Terrible and illegal!
