I utilized this service for a few months and was not very satisfied with it. So I finally made the call (which they require you to do) to cancel my subscription. They customer service rep spent the whole time convincing me to stay and try it out for one more month with some changes she would make to my account. I specifically told her that it was extremely difficult in my busy schedule to find time to call and wait on the line to cancel my subscription and that I would prefer to just cancel it now. She assured me that she would call me back in a month and if I was not satisfied I could cancel very easily then. That call never came.
So I returned all the items and cancelled my payment on paypal. Assuming that no payment would mean that it was cancelled.
Now they have sent a lawyer after me, asking me to pay $374 worth of fees, for a service I quit using. And they are lying that I still have one of the items. I used their bags with return labels to return all items, which I am very sure of because I was already angry and wanted to be rid of all the products. I would happily have someone investigate my house and see that none of the items are in my wardrobe.
