My 12+ attempts to get the 2 year balance of my 3 year paid up Crunch gym membership FROZEN for medical
reasons have been ignored and remain unaddressed.
The ongoing coronavirus pandemic, coupled with a chronic medical condition has led my doctor to apprise me
not to return to the gym until further notice.
Per my gym contract, I may request up to a 6 month freeze on my membership with a Dr.'s letter, which I have
provided to the gym, without so much as an acknowledgment of same.
To date, I have received a single impersonal "boiler plate" form email, with
no follow up nor resolution of my request, and my follow-up emails continue to be ignored.
My objective is that the remaining 2 year balance of my 3 year paid up gym membership to remain frozen, until which
time my physician deems it safe to return without jeopardizing my health. I am concerned the time remaining on the 2 year balance of my membership is being eroded due to Crunch gym's "foot dragging" in addressing my request for a freeze.
