Calvin Klein - handbags

I've purchased 2 handbags in the past year or year and a half. Both handbags are wrapped near the zipper inside the bag. I would like them fixed the proper way. These handbags are expensive and I talk very good care of them. This should have never happened. Please let me know what I should do.
