Burberry Group

Their cool line of motorcycle brit leather jackets bleed black and ruined multiple nice shirts in my closet. This occurred at both price points for the newer and older models. The product is defective and met with defensive customer service. I guess I got lucky with one rep who sent my stuff out for dry cleaning. Some items were fixed and some damaged. Burberry isn't taking any steps to proactively keep me as a returning customer. Full refunded was granted, but that's it. They won't be recalling these two lines either. Beware. As for the damaged shirt they couldn't clean it and it looks like its going to take a little work to get them to compensate me for the fault. How much money does one need to spend here to be treated with some respect?
