Address: 11322 Maple Ridge Rd, Medina, NY 14103 Phone: (585) 798-3063... Two cashiers... One named Jody and the other I am not sure of name because she removed her tag when I treatened to complain. I went to this location to purchase Cough and cold medicine for people with high blood presure and was told that they would not sell it to me because they assumed I wanted to purchase it for snorting. They then went on to call me a drug attict in front of many other costomers. I was then told never to come back to that store because they did not want me there. I have never been more insulted nor embaressed in my life... it is a small town and the costomers that overheard this exchange where all people I knew... I want them disaplined and I also want costomer service training so that their stereo typing and rude actions will never happen again to anyone... I can not be the only costomers that they stereotype for this medication. If action is not taken then I will seek legal action on the employees as well as your company. I have left several messages with the costomer service line and left contact info so I can be made aware of the action taken in this matter.
