The store in Gowanda needs help. #4520.The building is completely disgusting. The floors are muddy, dirt everywhere. The stock from truck are on rolling bins in the middle of every row of the store. You can't go down the isle with a cart. They need to be shut down and stock be rotated and new stock put on shelves and not on the floor. The floors need massive cleaning and waxing. The bathroom too. They need a few stockmen and two people to run registers and one to manage the place, make sure the shelf label matches the price that is rung up. They need workers that are not taking to someone on the phone on speaker asking if someone can come to work or to have someone bring them cigs. They have cream horns on the shelf that are smushed, a clearance section that is disarray, cases of Reese cups by front register on the top shelf on a counter that go above 6 feet in height. They have stock to sell places here and there on the floor and above the selling area that is not reachable to customers. The trash can out side is overflowing all the time and cig butts everywhere. I seen a employee go out side, take a few drags, put out the cig on the building and the person left it there so they could continue smoking it when they did not have anyone at register. This store needs new management and workers how want to work, rather than go out to smoke, talk on the phone and leave the store a complete mess.
