I am 55 year old electrician that has been in the field for over 35 years, that breaks his back everyday to keep facilities like yours operating.
Its unreal that you have people working for you that have no respect for others, that belittle everybody in there presence and quite honestly a total piece of crap. The person I am speaking of is one Jim Kennedy the terminal manager of Citgo in Glenmont N.Y. Like I said 35 years of working in the field and I actually for the first time walked off the job. This has been going on for years with this man. He treats all around him the same way. Like you are nothing. Imagine going to work every day with that... Finally I got fed up and walked out and I will never put one more drop of sweat in that facility. I think something should be done with this person to try and teach him respect for others.
