Both appointments were on January 6 and February 25.
At the January appoint with Christen I explained what I needed for my hair color. I am also a License Hair Stylist.
My roots are white and for years and my color is Auburn. I explained to Christen that my roots need to be pre soften with a hair Lightener first before any red color can be applied.
He told me that is not done at Ultra. He told me they have color that is for people with white roots. A color was picked by him informing me this will work.
After he washed out the color I told him the roots are "hot" this is salon talk explaining the outcome. He then put another color to the roots. He charged me $165.00 and he charged me for his mistake
On February 25 same salon Different stylist
Explain the situation to Terry stylist. Explained the problem I had from the last color. She showed me color for white roots, and again the roots came out lighter never matching the color I have.
I was charged $70.00.
My money needs to be refunded the total for those two appointments comes out to for january $165.00 february 25 $70.00 (the bill was for $95.00 let her have the $25.00 tip, felt sorry for her trying so hard
The refund for both appointments $235.00
