Lease Finance Group [LFG]

I had a salesman sign for there processor once I found out about it sent it back I sent in a letter stating from police I didn't sign for it. Now I have a judgement against me for $1500 on credit card processor that my company didn't use. I didnt even receive anything stating to go to court. How do u receive a judgement in don't even get summons to court.
