On Feb. 28th, 2022, I was first to enter store, #3711, I wanted to sign up my dog for grooming. Clerk instead talk on her cell phone while I waited.
No attention giving to me but I went around the grooming desk to speak to her regards registering. After I ask about grooming,
She said, "we have no grooming here".
It would be better for her to put down her cell phone and pay attention to customer first.
Desired outcome: Pay attention to customer. Give more to assist customer on your grooming services. I've resolve it my own way, I went to local grooming store and gave them my business!
