NYC Housing Authority [NYCHA]

The housing assistant refused to lower my rent but instead raised it 3 times higher with no income. She continues to harass me about my registered pet and refuses to put my daughter or grandson on the lease because I asked and was approved for a transfer so she took them off the lease for a bigger handicap accessible apartment and I’m disable and my daughter is my caregiver and my grandson helps me with everything also, this housing assistant has did nothing but sabotage everything I asked for and was approved by somebody else and she still denied me the services.. I’m filing a grievance and my next step is the Supreme Court, but in the mean time she refuse to send my transfer papers to the development of my choosing that I was approved for and instead sent my transfer papers to some way off development so I could refuse it and then deny me my second option or chance so I would have to fill out another transfer form and be denied. I have written proof of all of the above in black & white
