Michaels Stores

First you cant find a soul to help you! They are always in the back and not doing the job they are paid to do! Second they never have anything on the sleves - you have to go in the black bins on the floor to get your own goods! Third and most important: when you place an online order - open it at the store even if they assure you they packed the correct item bc you'll come home with something else and you'll have to deal with a rude manager who doesn't even know who packed my goods! How wonderful! This store needs new staff - most unhelpful ppl ever! Wanna not work get a job at michaels gateway in brooklyn, ny! Also sent a complaint to michaels headquarters!
