The camba on 2244 church ave need to get rid or the two receptionist and hire new ones because the don’t ever answer the phone they’re not doing their job it’s ridiculous then I walk there go upstairs stand in front of them calling the phone n they’re still not answering then she blocked me I couldn’t call after that and I sat there waiting for help and watched her talk to everyone with an attitude when they approached the desk to stare why they was there
Desired outcome: Hire new people

I have been in contact with Mrs. Lange from homebase trying to find out what happened to the CITYFEPS program I had in 2020. I have text messages from 12/18/2020. She told me, in a phone call, that section 8 had opened up, I asked her if she could apply for me, she told me to go apply for CITYFEPS. She did not apply for section 8 for me. When I applied for CITYFEPS in 2019 it was through Camba. She also told me she was going to give me a packet to bring to CITYFEPS, I am still waiting for the packet till this day. I have been calling Camba and leaving my information for over 2yrs and never did I receive a call back from them. I decided to go personally to Camba 2 weeks ago. After waiting for 2 hours a female came out telling me to leave my information and someone will call me with an appointment. I asked her if I could be seen that day and she told me no. No one has contacted me till this day. My landlord wants to know what is going on because my program is not active and I owe him a lot of money. They closed my case without notifying me. I do not want to be homeless. I have a daughter with mental health problems, she takes medication. Please help us.
Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE A PROGRAM TO HELP ME PAY THE RENT.
