I waited 1 month to have an over the range microwave be delivered & I stalled by your company. I received a 4 hour window & took the day off from work to be at home. The installer showed up today stating he was sorry but didn't bring tools to remove my old microwave & install a new one! I paid for installation & removal yet he didn't bring any tools? He was insisting that he leave it at my house & that at some point someone else would come to install it! I declined because I would have to take another day off from work to do so. I told him to wait & I would be back in 5 min from dropping my daughter off to camp. I got back in less than 5 min & he was gone. Customer care did not "care" & stated they were doing their best to try to "accommodate" me by rescheduling. How can u have a professional delivery company that installs ur products show up
To a customers house & not have any tools. I'm so upset with this that I will not purchase from Home Depot again. I cancelled my order & purchased from Lowe's, which by the way was $60 cheaper to buy, install & take away the old one.
