I purchased a sectional and table. Table arrived a month after ordering the sectional was to be 6 weeks. The table remained in the original box while waiting for the rest of the furniture. I also paid $350 for delivery. I had to call to see when it was to be delivered several times. I was told on several occations it would be 2 more weeks. after 6 months I was told the manager would compinsate for the delay. Finally recieved my furniture almost 7 months later only to find out the table is not what I ordered. Went to the manager and was told once the item is in your possession its nonrefundable. WTF! Really? She was rude and said she would see what corporate could do and get back to me, its been 10 days and no word from MOR. Spent several thousand dollars for mismatched furniture that took 7 months to recieve. Never will return to MOR again!
