We got food just now from 8215 S. Virginia St in Reno, NV. 5pm on 1/5/23. The male employee working the grill was repeatedly touching raw meat and then touching the burger buns on the cooking burgers. I worked at in n out when I was a teen and have always let my kids eat there because it seemed like such a clean restaurant. This is something that needs to be addressed and potentially reported to the health department.
Desired outcome: This needs to never happen again. The employees of the store need to care about the people they’re feeding and not risk our health and lives. E. coli can absolutely be life threatening.
