Whole Foods Market Services - Butcher & store manager

My mother (small, Asian woman) was shopping by herself at a Whole Foods (Las Vegas Blvd, NV). She approached the meat section and wanted to buy the Tomahawk steaks. She asked the butcher on duty at the time what seasonings he recommends for them, and if he would be able to season them for her. (Previous employees before Amazon took over were very nice and helpful) He said he didn't know a couple times, starts raising his voice and eventually told my mom to just go look at the seasoning shelves. She asked him if there was somebody else who would know and who'd be willing to help. He says again, "I don't know, but eventually calls for the store manager. Store manager, Billy, walks up to my mom, not saying a word and just looks at her. My mom once again asks Billy if he knew what seasonings are preferred for the tomahawk steaks and if they'd be willing to do it. He ALSO replies,"I don't know". At this point my mom is peeved, how can BOTH the butcher AND the store manager NOT KNOW ANYTHING or refuse to assist in any way? My mom asks for his name to which he proudly pats his nametag..."Billy, my name is Billy."eventually he just walks away. My mom still decides to buy the tomahawk steaks, as which she says out loud,"this purchase has made me very unhappy."the butcher proceeds to chime in,"I am also unhappy." the audacity and lack of respect! You dare raise your voice and show a lack of respect at my mom, a loyal customer, and still say you were the one made unhappy? At this point in time I can't help but think even an ounce of discrimination may be involved. This would've never happened if I was there, but she was alone, a small asian woman, easy to push around and intimidate I suppose. Absolutely trash employees, manager my [censored], both of them needs some chick-fil-a training to straighten them out.
