UPS - Store ownership

I am writing to you to bring some illegal concerns to your attention regarding two of your UPS stores. I have a PO box at one of your stores for my business and I also use another one of your stores that's closer to my home for personal use. The stores in mention are located on 4132 S. Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV and 6720 N. Hualapai Way, Las Vegas, NV.

I have two serious concerns: 1) the manager/owner, Carrie, has her young daughter at her stores all day, every day. I have seen her at both stores on several occasions. As a business owner myself, I know this is against the law, because there are insurance liabilities. Not to mention, we are dealing with COVID concerns at its all time highest and a young child should not be in a place of business that handles parcels from all over the world. 2) On one occasion, I overheard the young girl say that she gets paid to work at the stores. She looks to be around 7 years old and this is highly unacceptable as this deals with child labor laws.

I have spoken with some of the employees at both stores regarding my concerns and they have shared with me that Carrie also employs her older son at her stores. Again, as a business owner I know that these matters are delicate; however, laws are laws and a child should not be in a place of business, especially not earning money.
